Hi, I’m Tom

I’m super passionate about business. Specifically small, innovative and creative businesses. I get energy from watching entrepreneurs launch their ideas into the world. I love using marketing skills to increase the reach and revenue of already successful small business.

I’ve run my own businesses for over a decade, from online & ecommerce to a beautiful and very much offline cafe & catering business.

I’ve worked at a senior level in various roles and I’ve also been in the trenches - implementing digital projects & business transition plans with the thousands of hours of grunt that goes with that.

I’ve worked with highly functional businesses reaching for greater heights, and I’ve worked with fundamentally broken businesses in need of a complete turn around to survive in new market conditions.

I’ve launched startups, trying to disrupt an international market. I’ve raised capital, sold business and been involved in transactions. Some successful. Some extremely difficult.
